Even though the majority of living area can be found on the main floor, the half story of 804 Timbers Court is a very spacious and inviting area. The largest bedroom has been used as a master bedroom in the past, due to the walk-in closet and proximity to the second bedroom. Currently, it serves as a roomy area for play and rest.
The south-facing window provides lots of warmth no matter the use of the room.
The second upstairs bedroom offers options with space and light. It makes a terrific bedroom, but would also be ample space for an office or library.
The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and tub. When the doors are open, the upstairs flows almost as freely as the main level. However, when desired, the upstairs can allow for space and privacy.
