The location of this home is convenient for families, professionals, students and everyone in between. When we first moved in, I was commuting to Jefferson City and was very happy with the proximity to Hwy 63 and absence of major traffic concerns.

We are approximately one mile from Faurot Field and have walked to and from the stadium for many games in order to avoid traffic and parking dilemmas.

The house is in one of the nearest neighborhoods to WalMart, HyVee and Kohls on Grindstone Parkway.

A City Park sits at the entrance to Timbers Court on Huntridge, with a playground, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a walking trail through the adjoining woods.

The neighborhood is conveniently located in the middle of the action but has the feel of being secluded.
